AIDS Walk Philly 2007 Team

H.U.B. of Hope Ministry

  • Provides faith communities with scripturally-based, age appropriate education and prevention studies to HIV/AIDS: HIV/AIDS 101 Interactive Study.

  • Coordinates the provision of prayer partners obtained from cooperating faith communities.

  • Provides ecumenical pastoral support and referral assistance for persons living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

  • Provides consultation for clergy and faith leaders who are ministering with persons living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
