If you are a first time visitor, there are a number of ways to get acquainted before the worship service begins.
At 9:00 am, you have an opportunity to explore and grow in your faith. We call it Sunday Study and new faces of all ages are always welcome. In addition, childcare is available for all activities.
At 10:00 am, you are invited to our Bread of Life Café for our weekly Meet & Greet for refreshments prepared by our Hospitality Team who will be glad to help you feel welcome, introduce you to our friendly congregation and show you around.
At Celebration Worship, beginning at 10:30 am, you can experience the pleasure of sharing scripture, music and prayer in community. Each service includes a sermon, a Children’s Message and music led by one of our music ministries. In addition, we hold seasonal prayer services. There is also a time for sharing your joys and concerns. The service ends with an invitation to speak with the pastor to learn more about faith or about this church family. Lasting about 90 minutes, the inspiration, warmth and laughter is an uplifting way to begin each week! You are invited to ask about other special services such as weddings and memorial services. So, welcome! We can’t wait to meet you!

Adult Ministries use the “Small Group” model, in which all adults are invited to participate. Adult Small Groups pray together, study together, support one another, serve the community and have fun together. To learn more about any of these opportunities, please contact us at office@umcod.org or 610-444-2400.
There are three different kinds of Adult Small Groups: Fellowship Groups build friendship through sharing a meal, visiting museums or planning social gatherings; Bible Study Groups come together for the purpose of studying scripture and growing in faith; Ministry and Mission Groups focus on community service and outreach in a variety of ways.

We believe that the health and safety of your family are of primary importance. To that end, we conduct workshops on policies and guidelines that ensure the safety of our congregation with special emphasis on children, youth and the elderly. In addition, we organize workshops on topics related to emotional and physical well-being such as good nutrition, exercise, stress management, etc. which are open to the community.
